What residential cleaning services does The Pink Wand offer?

We provide recurring residential cleaning, one-time cleaning, deep cleaning, seasonal cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and estate cleaning for homes, condos, and apartments.

How often can I schedule residential cleaning?

Clients can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleanings based on their needs and lifestyle.

Do you send the same team to my home every visit?

Whenever possible, we assign the same core cleaning team to each home to ensure familiarity and consistent quality.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Every cleaning appointment we show up with a vacuum, mops and bucket, and freshly washed linens. These are included in our hourly rate.

We are proud to provide our own “Pink Wand approved” green cleaning line as well as our custom line of preferred regular cleaning products! We will also use customer supplies if preferred, under special request.

Are your cleaners insured and background checked?

Yes. All cleaners are fully insured, bonded, and have passed criminal background checks for your peace of mind.

Can I customize my cleaning checklist?

Yes. We tailor each cleaning to your home and your priorities.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. We accommodate homes with pets and follow any instructions you provide for their safety.

Do you use eco-friendly or green cleaning products?

Yes. We offer eco-friendly cleaning products on request, ensuring safety for children, pets, and the environment.

What is the minimum booking time?

Our residential minimum booking is 1.5 hours with a two-person team.

Can I book a one-time special occasion cleaning?

Yes. We offer one-time cleanings for events, parties, holidays, or seasonal deep cleans.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. We will return to address any missed areas.

Do you clean inside cabinets, fridges, or ovens?

Yes. These tasks are included in deep cleaning or upon request for standard cleanings.

Do you handle laundry and ironing?

No, we do not provide ironing or laundry washing services.

Can you clean homes with special flooring or finishes?

Yes. We adapt cleaning methods for hardwood, tile, stone, carpets, and specialty surfaces.

Do you provide holiday or seasonal cleaning?

Yes. Seasonal and holiday cleaning services are available to prepare your home for events or seasonal refresh.

How do I schedule or cancel a cleaning?

Scheduling and cancellations can be done via phone or email. We ask our clients for 48 hours notice prior to any cancellation. We do have team members that rely on this income and hours therefore we do reserve the right to charge $50.00 – $100.00 cancellation to cover some of our cost in wages.
