What is deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning is an intensive cleaning service that targets areas often missed during regular cleaning, including baseboards, vents, walls, cabinets, appliances, and high-touch areas.

When should I schedule a deep clean?

Ideal times include seasonal changes, before moving in/out, post-renovation, or prior to listing a home for sale.

How long does a deep cleaning take?

Generally 4 hours and up depending on the property.

Is deep cleaning available for commercial properties?

Yes. We provide deep cleaning for offices, retail, and other commercial spaces.

Does deep cleaning include appliances?

Yes. Interior appliance cleaning, such as ovens and refrigerators, is available upon request.

Does deep cleaning include walls and baseboards?

Yes. we can do baseboards walls and trim at request.

How often should deep cleaning be scheduled?

Typically recommended 2–4 times per year or before starting regular cleaning services.

Can I request specific focus areas for deep cleaning?

Absolutely. We customize deep cleaning to meet client priorities.

Are your deep cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes. We use safe and approved cleaning products, with eco-friendly options available.

Do you clean vents, fans, and light fixtures?

Our team will only clean as high as they may reach with a step stool. This is due to safety protocols. 

Do you provide a checklist before or after a deep clean?

We have an extensive checksheet that is left at all our pink wand cleans with over 180 items!

Do you clean inside cabinets, fridges, or ovens?

Yes. These tasks are included in deep cleaning or upon request for standard cleanings.

Do you handle laundry and ironing?

No, we do not provide ironing or laundry washing services.

Can you clean homes with special flooring or finishes?

Yes. We adapt cleaning methods for hardwood, tile, stone, carpets, and specialty surfaces.

Do you provide holiday or seasonal cleaning?

Yes. Seasonal and holiday cleaning services are available to prepare your home for events or seasonal refresh.

How do I schedule or cancel a cleaning?

Scheduling and cancellations can be done via phone or email. We ask our clients for 48 hours notice prior to any cancellation. We do have team members that rely on this income and hours therefore we do reserve the right to charge $50.00 – $100.00 cancellation to cover some of our cost in wages.
